Winter Learning Fun!

We have had some exciting WINTER lessons this week.  We have learned that Winter is a season of the year that is usually the coldest.  We know that liquids freeze at 32 degrees and we are wishing that it would snow in Lockhart.

We have had Winter fun in math this week.
We played a Pass the Snowball game and counted as we added snowballs 'round and 'round!
We passed that snowball very carefully so we wouldn't drop it.
Pass that snowball 'round and 'round.
 Pass that snowball.
 Then we let it SNOW!
 And had a snowball fight!
Friendly Fun!

We also practiced addition with "snowballs" one day and "penguin food" another.
Learning addition is fun, but eating "snowballs" and "penguin food" is even better.
