EXTRA-CURRICULAR DAY!

In support of Lockhart ISD goals, today was EXTRA-CURRICULAR day at Carver!  Students were encouraged to wear his/her baseball uniforms, football jerseys, cheerleader/dance uniform, etc...
Research has proven that students that are involved in extra curricular activities tend to perform better academically.  Those that perform better academically tend to attend college after high school. Although we will be graduating from KINDERGARTEN( see Graduation News below) in 6 days, COLLEGE graduation is a great goal for the future!

Graduation News!

Mrs. Daily’s Monkeys will be graduating on Thursday, May 30^th at 8:40am.  We hope you are making plans to attend!  We will have a celebration afterwards in our classroom.  Children may then leave with their parents if they wish. (I will have a sign out sheet in the classroom)

If you would like to help with refreshments for our celebration, please send these on or before next Thursday! 

Girls:  1 box of juice bags

Boys: 1 package of store bought cookies
