SMART MONKEYS MAKE GREAT LEADERS!

  We love to sing, dance and count each morning to start our day! With the end of school so near........our leaders have become the "teacher" during some of our calendar activities. They are able to put up the date, record the weather on our weather graph and write their news on the board.  We are getting great at writing sentences for our news.  Some of the children are even writing a STORY for their news!

 Ringing the "GONG" because we can write a sentence is so much fun!

Another favorite for the leaders is playing the calendar games.  We are practicing addition by "counting on" with the Spin-a-roo Giant Dice game.  We also have a chance to count to 100 to see who will join the 100 CLUB!!
